Orders are shipped on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please allow 7-10 business days after your payment has been processed to receive your tracking information. If you make any mistakes with your personal info (name, address, etc), please email badiproducts@gmail.com. We can always fix it as long as your order hasn't been sent out!

We are a small business, and due to the pandemic, there may be delays with shipping. Please allow some time to receive your goodies. We will always communicate with you should something be wrong with your order on our end.

If your butter arrives melted, DON'T TRIP. Allow it to solidify, it may be different in texture but still soft and just as wonderful for your skin.
